Farets needed a system for maintaining legal info on foreclosed properties. We designed and implemented a system with differing degrees of authorized access, quick-search, and mailing-label printing capability. We also implemented a subscription system, allowing customers to have county- or region-specific access to data.

For Muir & Associates, we created a secure Web-based application that lets the company manage their clients' invoices and payments, and generates PDF-based letters to credit bureaus. We also integrated a PayPal shopping cart to keep track of the payments made to the files.

We designed an upgrade to the Luhrsen.com website, using standards-compliant CSS to make site maintenance a breeze. We also implemented a custom backend database system for content management.

Set up a one level deep multi-level marketing program.

The owner wanted to integrate a one-level-deep multi-level-marketing program into his company, so when an Account Executive would sign up their friends or clients to work for Credit Justice Services they would get paid a percentage out of the business that these new consultants would bring in. This required a system that would keep track of the people signing up under a consultant, and also an administration section where the consultant can review personal production and the production of people that signed up under him. I also created a section for clients to be able to e-sign disclosures, download their letters and find out where their files are. (Muir and Associates became Credit Justice Services.)
